Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they have been shipped, cancellation requests post shipping will not be accepted. To cancel an order - please send an email to: sales@hugsbabies.com.cc with Subject: Order Cancellation-<Order Number>, where Order Number is the actual order number that you received after placing the order. The request will be processed in 3 business days.
